To kick off the new year, the entire ONSLASER (Hong Kong ONS Co., Limited) family came together for our 2026 Year-End Gala. This year’s theme, “Leaping Forward, Striving into the Future,” was all about celebrating how far we’ve come and getting pumped for everything heading our way next.

Riding the Waves with Full Momentum

The energy in the room was high right from the start. Our host officially opened the night, walking everyone through a packed lineup that included the executive keynote, our annual awards, live talent performances, team games, and of course, the lucky draws and mystery surprises everyone was waiting for.

We wanted the venue to feel like a massive celebration, and it definitely delivered. Wrapped in festive red and gold with bold banners reading “Riding the Waves” and “Full Throttle Ahead” flanking the stage, the room was buzzing. Add in great food, cold drinks, and the whole team catching up, and the party was officially started.

A Word from Leadership: Looking Back and Charging Ahead

Our leadership team took the stage to welcome everyone and share a few thoughts on the past year. It wasn’t just a breakdown of our growth in global markets and the new laser tech we rolled out; it was a genuine thank-you to everyone in the room who put in the work to make those wins happen.

Good Food, Great Company, and Inflatable Hammers

Once the official stuff was wrapped up, the real fun started. To break the ice and get everyone moving, we rolled out a few stage games that had people from different departments going head-to-head.

The crowd favorite was definitely the reaction challenge featuring some oversized inflatable hammers. Watching our colleagues drop their usual office seriousness to fight for bragging rights on stage had the whole room laughing and cheering. It was the perfect way to blow off some steam and show off the fun side of our company culture.

The Mystery Box: Ending the Night on a High Note

You can’t have an annual gala without a few surprises, and the “Grand Finale Mystery Surprise” kept everyone on the edge of their seats. As the screen lit up, we drew the night’s final lucky winners and called them up to the stage.

With prizes and smartphones in hand, the stage was all smiles and high-fives. Seeing that kind of excitement was a great reminder of why we do this—hard work around here gets recognized, celebrated, and rewarded.
